Information this website collects
This public website does not create user accounts. When you choose to use an onsite request or contact form, Unspoken Motherhood collects the information shown on that form so the organization can respond, coordinate supplies or current-care support, or follow up about the topic you selected. Standard web-server and security systems may also temporarily process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and the date and time of a visit for security and reliability purposes.
How website forms are processed
Website form submissions are protected and relayed through Cloudflare and processed through Google Workspace and Google Apps Script. Accepted submissions are stored in a restricted organizational Google Sheet. Authorized Unspoken Motherhood personnel may also receive a notification email containing the submitted contact or request details so the organization can triage and respond without first opening the workbook. The Google Sheet remains the primary operational record.
Medical and identifying information
Unspoken Motherhood does not need a patient's name to coordinate miscarriage boxes or remembrance resources through a medical setting. The request forms are intentionally designed to avoid patient names and unnecessary medical details. Please do not submit a mother's or baby's name, date of birth, medical-record number, diagnosis, insurance information, detailed medical records, or other identifying medical information through these forms.
Retention and access
Website intake records are normally retained in the organization's operational Google Workspace system for seven years and then deleted on a scheduled basis. Access is limited to organizational accounts with a legitimate need to respond to or administer the request. Technical error logs are designed to record operational identifiers and failure information rather than complete submitted messages or contact details.
Contact forms and outside services
Public organizational inquiries are routed through the onsite contact forms rather than a published direct email address or phone number. Some donations, shopping links, social-media pages, and outside resources may use third-party services. Information submitted directly to an outside service is handled according to that provider's privacy and security practices as well as any information the provider makes available to Unspoken Motherhood for the requested purpose.
Donations and recurring gifts
Stripe processes donations through an embedded checkout on this website. Payment-card information is entered directly into Stripe’s payment interface; Unspoken Motherhood does not receive or store full card numbers or CVC/security codes. Stripe provides the donor and transaction information the organization needs to administer gifts, receipts, refunds, and donor questions. Monthly donations continue through Stripe Billing until changed or canceled. Use the website contact form for help with a recurring gift.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or an analytics service. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals to protect website forms from automated abuse. Embedded Stripe Checkout and available payment services such as Link may use cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies for payment functionality, authentication, and fraud prevention. These services can operate within the donation page, without requiring you to leave this website. Their own privacy policies also apply. Outside shopping, social-media, and resource websites handle browser technologies according to their policies.
